Submitted information is stored on secured servers located in Australia or Hong Kong SAR, with access restricted to authorised personnel under role-based controls. We employ industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, and conduct periodic security reviews.

05Retention

Inquiry records are retained for the duration necessary to respond to and conclude the matter, plus a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy Australian tax and corporate record-keeping obligations. Where no commercial relationship is established, records may be securely destroyed after twelve (12) months upon written request.

06Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner

In the unlikely event of a notifiable data breach, Goodbrand will comply with the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act and notify affected parties and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner without unreasonable delay.
